Tahoe and Napa Valley 5th Anniversary Trip 07

For our fifth anniversary we originally were going to do cruise to Alaska so we could do our 50th state in very memorable fashion. Well we took a "teaser" cruise and really hated it so we thought why not wine country? Well, there are not many pictures from that trip (this is a family friendly blog you know) but we went to a place in Sacramento, California called the Squeeze Inn. This place is really small (hence the name) but they serve the most interesting burger. We saw this place on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the Food Network and had to go on a recommendation of a co-worker of Kathy's. The burger is called a "Squeeze with Cheese" and is a normal 1/4 pounder but the cheese is what makes it unique. They cover it with cheese and then place a large lid over it and this is what it becomes. They called it a cheese skirt and it is about a foot wide.
