Next on our trip was a day at Chris' aunt and uncle's (Patti & John Alander) house for a BBQ and a suprise 6.....th Anniversary party for Chris' grandparents Ethel and Ray Syrjanen. Kathy came up with the idea of giving Addy's 3 oldest kids (Brooke, Stephanie and William) $1 each and took them to the Dollar Store to buy Grandma & Grandpa an anniversary gift. Stephanie bought a pretty cross, Brooke bought a candle holder and William bought a toy gun! All of the gifts were greatly appreciated and Grandpa said that he was going to give William back the gun when he graduates from high school.
