During our latest trip to Las Vegas we checked out the new Palazzo Hotel. Very impressive but a bit overboard as far as we are concerned.
We love going to the Bellagio each time we are there and checking out what the have in their atrium. This time is was "Americana" and here is a miniature version of the Bellagio made from basically matchsticks.
This is a picture of the worlds largest chocolate fountain. This thing was monstrous. It went all around the room and had three different chocolates (milk, white and dark). Unbelievable.

Was it open to eat from or just a display? If it was just a display...shame on them for wasting so much good chocolate. It's like Joey said on friends, "Well it's still food, you don't need to waste it!"
